We email you with a warning message advising you that your account period is about to come to an end. You then have a period of time to renew your account before it lapses.
If you wish not to renew your hosting for any reason, you may simply ignore the emails and let your account lapse.
In the interests of always improving the service to our valued clients, we do ask you send us an email to let us know what you intend to do with your site. Of course this is only optional.
