We have no intention to charge late-fees and that is why we have a reminder system activated that sends numerous reminder emails to clients to advise them to renew their domain and hosting services in advance.
However, a late-fee is charged, if your payment is not received within 3 days after the due date. A late fee of Rs. 250 will be applicable on the invoice and your account(s) may be suspended until payment is received.
If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date, the account(s) may be terminated.
