Suddenly I cannot upload files to my account, or send/receive my domain email, but I haven’t changed anything. What’s wrong?

Most likely your disk space or bandwidth has been exceeded. Login at your cPanel by going to https://yournewsitename.com/cpanel, and look on the left side of the page. There you will see how much disk space and bandwidth your account has consumed.
