MySQL Database

The MySQL user I’ve created cannot connect to the database.

You need to use the ‘MySQL’ icon within cPanel to create the database and to add the user you’ve created to the database you’ve created, with appropriate privileges. Only users which are added to databases in this way can access the databases.
